The first cohort of the CoP will meet virtually roughly monthly from August 2025 to January 2026 (6 sessions total). We estimate that each meeting will be about an hour. Tentative meeting dates are below, all from 1-2 PM Pacific (Los Angeles) time:
August 20
September 17
October 22
November 12
December 17
January 14 (2026)
Faculty will be paid a $200 incentive for participation in the CoP meetings and our program evaluation activities (three 10-15 minute surveys and a half-hour exit interview). We expect participants to commit to making all of the sessions except in extenuating circumstances.
